ProMN is a technology platform that connects homeowners and businesses with licensed Minnesota contractors. By submitting a project request through ProMN, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
MinnAssess LLC does not perform construction, repair, or home improvement work. ProMN does not employ contractors. ProMN is solely a connection platform. All work is performed by independent licensed contractors who are solely responsible for their services.
While ProMN requires contractors to attest to holding valid Minnesota licenses and insurance, ProMN does NOT independently verify the current status of every contractor license in real time, does NOT verify the quality of past work, and does NOT guarantee that any contractor is currently licensed, insured, or qualified for your specific project. You are strongly encouraged to verify contractor credentials at www.dli.mn.gov before hiring.
PROMN MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE QUALITY, WORKMANSHIP, TIMELINESS, OR OUTCOME OF ANY WORK PERFORMED BY CONTRACTORS. ANY WARRANTY FOR WORK IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THE CONTRACTOR.
ProMN's project matching service is free for homeowners and businesses. You will never be charged by ProMN for submitting a project request.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MINNESOTA LAW, MINNEASSESS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF PROMN OR FROM ANY CONTRACTOR'S WORK, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR FINANCIAL LOSS.
We collect your name, email, phone number, project description, and location to match you with qualified contractors. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your project information is shared with matched licensed contractors only. We use contact information to send updates about your project request.
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption. Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized ProMN personnel and matched contractors.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting legal@promn.net.

This Contractor Subscription Agreement is between MinnAssess LLC operating the ProMN platform ("ProMN") and the licensed general contractor subscribing for platform access ("Contractor").
By subscribing, Contractor represents and warrants that they hold a valid Minnesota Residential Contractor License and/or all applicable licenses required under Minn. Stat. § 326B, maintain general liability insurance with minimum $300,000 per occurrence coverage, carry workers' compensation insurance as required by Minnesota law, and all profile representations are true and current.
All fees are non-refundable. Founding Rate is locked for life of uninterrupted subscription.
Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of ProMN. ProMN is NOT responsible for the quality of Contractor's work, compliance with licensing, disputes with homeowners, or any injuries or damages arising from Contractor's work.
Leads are for Contractor's direct use only. Contractor may not resell, share, or transfer leads to third parties or use them to solicit business for competing platforms.
ProMN may suspend or terminate Contractor's account immediately upon license lapse, insurance lapse, violation of platform policies, or conduct harmful to the platform or its users.
Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless MinnAssess LLC from claims arising from Contractor's work for clients, violation of this Agreement, unlicensed or uninsured work, or any injury or property damage caused by Contractor.
This Agreement is governed by Minnesota law. Disputes shall be resolved in Hennepin County, Minnesota courts.
You agree not to provide false information, use the platform to circumvent subscription fees, harass other users, violate Minnesota contractor licensing laws, or use automated tools to scrape the platform.
THE PROMN PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PROMN DOES NOT GUARANTEE LEADS WILL RESULT IN SIGNED CONTRACTS OR REVENUE.
ProMN's total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. ProMN is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
We collect business information to operate the platform. We do not sell your information to third parties. Homeowner contact details are shared only for matched leads.
By signing below, you confirm you have read and agree to the ProMN Contractor Subscription Agreement and Terms of Service, and that all information provided is accurate.

Review and sign your ProMN subcontractor agreement to get connected with GCs in your trade.
This Subcontractor Agreement is between MinnAssess LLC ("ProMN") and the subcontractor subscribing for platform access ("Subcontractor"). This Agreement governs Subcontractor's access to ProMN's GC connection network.
Subcontractor profiles are visible ONLY to verified ProMN general contractors — not to homeowners or the general public. ProMN grants access to GC matching, notifications, and a Verified Sub badge upon credential verification.
Subcontractor is an independent contractor. ProMN does not control Subcontractor's work, does not guarantee connections will result in paid work, and is not a party to any Sub-GC work agreement.
ProMN reserves the right to verify all submitted credentials. Providing false credentials is grounds for immediate termination without refund and may constitute fraud under Minnesota law.
This Agreement is governed by Minnesota law. Disputes shall be resolved in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
You agree not to provide false credentials, share your account, circumvent platform fees, or engage in conduct harmful to ProMN users or the platform.
ProMN's liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. ProMN is not liable for failure to be matched with GCs or any indirect damages.
Your business information and trade credentials are shared only with verified ProMN general contractors. We do not sell your information to third parties.
